Yes — every piece is 100% natural unless otherwise disclosed. We celebrate the raw beauty formed by the Earth, without chemical enhancements, dyes, or synthetic treatments. If a piece has been treated or altered in any way, we will always state it clearly in the description.

We work directly with trusted miners, ethical suppliers, and collectors around the world, ensuring responsible sourcing and authenticity for every specimen we offer.

Yes! We offer free U.S. shipping on all orders over $100. For smaller orders, shipping is calculated at checkout.

Currently, we ship within the United States. For international inquiries, please contact us directly—we are happy to accommodate special requests where possible.

We recommend adding shipping insurance at checkout for peace of mind. Once a package is handed over to the carrier, Paragon Aether is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we will gladly assist you in filing a claim.

Please record a video while opening your package. If you notice any damage, contact us within 3 days with the unboxing video and photos, and we will work with you on a resolution.

Due to the fragile and unique nature of our items, all sales are final. However, if there is damage during transit and you have provided the necessary documentation, we will evaluate claims on a case-by-case basis.

Keep your stones in a dry, stable environment away from direct sunlight, excessive heat, or moisture when possible. Some minerals can be sensitive to light, temperature changes, or humidity. For specific care instructions, please refer to the individual item page.

At Paragon Aether, all pieces are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. To be fair to all customers, we do not offer holds or reservations. If you see a piece that speaks to you, we recommend securing it as soon as possible!

While many people believe in the energetic qualities of stones, we make no medical, metaphysical, or healing claims. Crystals and minerals are offered for personal enrichment and enjoyment.
