Because crystals/minerals are unique natural items, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges, and consider all sales are final. The following limited remedies apply:

• Wrong Item or Major Defect. If we shipped the wrong item or there is a major defect not disclosed and not attributable to natural variation or transit damage, contact us within the timeframe below.

• Issue Reporting Window. You must notify us within 3 calendar days of delivery and provide:

  1. a continuous open-box video beginning with the sealed parcel showing the shipping label, and

  2. clear photos of the issue.
     Submissions after 3 days or without the required evidence may not be accepted.

• Transit Damage. Claims for transit damage should be made with the carrier. If you purchased shipping insurance, we will assist as reasonably required.

• Remedies. For approved issues, our sole discretion remedies are replacement (if available) or refund. We may request the item be returned first. Items must be returned in original condition/packaging.

We offer local pickup as a courtesy to our community. By choosing this option, you agree to:

1. Scheduling: Pickup must be arranged in advance. Times and locations will be confirmed through email, Instagram DM, or other agreed methods. It is your responsibility to check messages and respond promptly.

2. Identification: Valid government-issued ID and order confirmation may be required. Authorized representatives must be pre-approved by you in writing and provide ID.

3. Location & Safety: Pickups occur at designated public meeting points. We may reschedule or refuse pickup at our discretion for safety reasons.

4. Timeliness: Orders must be collected within 7 calendar days. Uncollected orders may be canceled and deposits forfeited, or shipped at your expense.

5. Responsibility at Pickup: Once items are handed over, title and risk transfer to you. We are not liable for theft, damage, or loss after this point.

6. No On-Site Viewing: Pickup is strictly for confirmed orders. No browsing, swaps, or additional close-ups will be provided. Items are sold “as is.”

7. Conduct: Respectful behavior is expected. Unsafe or inappropriate conduct will result in cancellation and may incur a restocking and handling fee of $8 plus 30% of invoice value. We may revoke pickup privileges at our discretion.

Except as expressly provided, the Site, Content, products, and services are provided “AS IS” and “WITH ALL FAULTS.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, course of dealing/usage, and accuracy or error-free operation.
