  We offer free U.S. shipping on orders over $100.
  For orders under $100, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service.

• Insurance:
  We strongly recommend adding shipping insurance at checkout to protect your purchase during transit.
  Once your package is picked up by the carrier, we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. If an issue arises, we’re happy to assist you in filing a claim.

• Tracking:

  In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please record a video while opening your package and contact us within 3 days of delivery.
  Without an unboxing video, we may not be able to process a refund or exchange.

  • Must provide clear photos of the damaged item and shipping box, along with the opening video.
