• We take great care in securely packing every specimen. Please record a video while opening your package to provide proof in the rare case of damage. Without an unboxing video, we may not be able to process refunds or exchanges.

• Due to the delicate and one-of-a-kind nature of our raw stones and minerals, all sales are final. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your unboxing video and clear photos.
